Promote your business with backpacker experiences
In good experiences we trust
The majority of backpackers who come in Australia to do Regional Work never worked in farms or construction jobs before in their country.
On this collaborative platform, backpackers can share their job experience by writing a comment to give tips to others.
Customers buying agricultural products, farmers, contractors, backpackers…all of them are concerned about working conditions which is a recursive subject in the main Australian medias.
As a result, backpackers are sometimes a bit afraid to apply to a job in a remote area.
We believe that employers should be able to promote their business with positive comments to improve their image with transparent working conditions.
Also, we do not tolerate hateful or defamatory speech, and you are free to reply to a comment on your business page.
A collaborative platform run by a non-profit organisation
The website was launched by two backpackers in July 2017. It is now a non-profit organisation where everyone can contribute.
Please contact us if you have questions or if you wish to suggest improvements and new features.
88Daystowork is a non profit organisation created in july 2017 by 2 backpackers who were travelling and
working in Australia (as apple pickers, farm hands and pruners). Other backpackers and
farmers joined us to develop and improve the project.
