This website is a free collaborative project (launched in July 2017), has no commercial purpose, and has been created by non-official and non-professional or skilled people.

The aims of this website is to:

  • Help Working Holiday Visa holders (sub 417) complete their 88 days of Regional Work.
  • Help Working Holiday Visa holders (sub 417) gathering travel and work information, posting opinions of travel and work related issues, engaging in interactive travel and work forums.

The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “88DAYSTOWORK ” refer to 88DAYSTOWORK website, a non commercial purpose website. The term “you” refers to the user visiting the Website and/or contributing content on this Website.

This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement and represent that you have read and understood its terms. Please read the Agreement carefully, as it contains information concerning your legal rights and limitations on these rights, as well as a section regarding applicable law and jurisdiction of disputes.   • Content that contains mistakes concerning the contact details (name, phone number, address, email, website) or content that contains false information (adding an “employer” which does not have an ABN or does not offer work that is undertaken in those specific field or industry : plant and Animal Cultivation, Fishing and Pearling, Tree Farming and Felling, Mining, Construction);
  • Content that contains private information (private phone number or private email). To add private information concerning an employer on the website, the user must provide to 88DAYSTOWORK a written and signed agreement that authorize this content.
  • Content that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable;

CALCULATION OF THE DAYS EARNED DURING REGIONAL WORK

88DAYSTOWORK is not an official website, has no link with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (or any other official institution), and cannot guarantee the calculation of the 88 days or be responsible of :

  • The forms (such as the Employment Verification Form) that employers and working holiday visa holders sign or give to official institutions;
  • The rejection of the Second Year Visa by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection or any other institution.

IMPORTANT: 88daystowork is a free collaborative project made by non-professional or skilled organization. The calculation technique on the website is not official, and is a tool based on information that we gathered from relevant sources (such as mails received by WHV holders from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection). 88DAYSTOWORK takes no responsibility concerning the calculation tool or results provided on the website. We retain the right at our sole discretion to change partially or totally the tool, information, and the technique of calculation of the 88 days, at any time.
